Morganite Guide
Morganite is the pink to peach variety of beryl, named after the financier J.P. Morgan. It scores 7.5 to 8 on the Mohs scale and has a soft, warm colour that sits beautifully in rose gold.
Colour
Morganite runs from pale pink to salmon and peach. Larger stones tend to show the colour more strongly.
Care
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. As with all beryl, avoid hard knocks, and ask us before using an ultrasonic cleaner.
