Delivery Times

Bespoke Items
For custom pieces, if adjustments are minimal (like a ring size change), it usually takes about 4 weeks. For more complex customizations, it may take 5–8 weeks, depending on materials and design. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item cannot be confirmed in stock, we’ll contact you via email or phone. You can choose to wait for restock, select an alternative item, or request a refund.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. The item tag must remain intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be returned. Please note, exchanges are not offered at this time.

Fine jewellery is made to be enjoyed, but it is delicate by nature. Remove jewellery during sport, heavy lifting and other activities where it may be knocked, bent or caught, and take particular care with claws, settings and softer gemstones.
Not every stone or setting is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning, so please ask before cleaning. White gold is often finished with rhodium, which can wear over time; the piece can usually be re-rhodium plated to refresh its appearance.
Certificates and valuations can often be arranged where appropriate, depending on the piece. A certificate relates to the grading of a stone, while a valuation is usually used for insurance. Please ask and we will be happy to guide you.
Where required by UK law, our jewellery is hallmarked to confirm the metal standard: 750 indicates 18ct gold and 950 indicates platinum.
