Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the UK will not be accepted.
2. Orders & stock confirmation
All orders are subject to confirmation and stock/availability checks.
-
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s).
-
After your order is placed, we will review stock and production availability.
-
Your order is not fully accepted until we email you to confirm:
-
that the item is available; and
-
the expected dispatch and delivery timeframe.
-
If, after you place your order, we find that an item is not in stock or cannot be produced within a reasonable time:
-
we will contact you as soon as possible, and
-
we may offer you:
-
a revised lead time;
-
an alternative product; or
-
a full refund of any amounts paid for that item if we cannot proceed.
-
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order if we are unable to confirm stock or availability. Any sums paid for cancelled items will be refunded.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK.
Any available delivery options or upgrades (for example, Saturday delivery, if offered from time to time) will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
4. How long does my order take?
Many Eternal Verity pieces are made to order. Delivery time depends on the type of item and is confirmed with you after we have checked stock and availability.
Indicative timeframes are:
-
Classic styles displayed on our website:
Normally delivered within 35–45 working days. -
More complex items such as eternity rings, bespoke pieces and vintage jewellery:
Can take up to 100 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. -
Loose gemstones or diamonds:
Usually delivered within 14–21 working days.
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Timeframes usually run from the point at which:
-
your payment has cleared; and
-
we have confirmed your order and availability via email.
5. Can I have my item sooner than this?
In many cases we can meet shorter or urgent deadlines.
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order with:
-
the item you’d like;
-
your deadline; and
-
your UK delivery location.
If we confirm that a faster timescale is possible, the order may be treated as a quick turnaround order and may be subject to different terms and/or additional charges, which we will confirm with you in writing before you proceed.
6. How is my item delivered?
We ship using secure, fully insured services, with discreet outer packaging.
-
All items are sent in plain, discreet packaging, with no indication of the jewellery inside.
-
The return address will show Eternal Verity Jewellery (or similar) for insurance and security purposes.
-
Your jewellery will be presented in a luxury Eternal Verity box, protected by outer packaging.
UK deliveries
-
Orders within the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked and insured courier service.
-
Shipments are fully insured until they have been delivered and signed for at your address.
Tracking details are usually provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Can you ship to another address?
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative UK delivery address (for example, a work address or a trusted family member), subject to security checks.
If your billing address and delivery address are different, we may request:
-
additional proof of identity; and
-
proof of address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement).
For security reasons, we reserve the right to ship only to the verified billing address if we are unable to complete satisfactory checks.
8. Can I collect my item in person?
Where possible, and by prior arrangement only, orders may be collected from our London location:
Eternal Verity Jewellery
12–13 Premier House
Hatton Garden
London EC1N 8AT
United Kingdom
Collection must be agreed with our team in advance. If collection is available for your order, we will confirm a date and time.
The person collecting must:
-
be the person who paid for the goods; and
-
bring a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence); and
-
where applicable, bring the payment card used to place the order.
If we cannot verify identity at collection, we may refuse to release the goods and arrange secure delivery instead.
9. VAT, taxes & duties
Because we only deliver within the UK, orders are normally subject to UK VAT (where applicable). VAT will be shown at checkout.
We do not currently offer:
-
international delivery; or
-
tax-free export sales or duty handling for overseas customers.
10. Delays, loss and risk
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but:
-
delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; and
-
we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers, adverse weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address you provided. Until that point, parcels are fully insured by us or our shipping partners.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:
-
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
-
We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated.
-
In many cases, the carrier must complete its investigation before we can confirm a replacement or refund.
If the outer packaging looks damaged on arrival, we recommend noting this with the courier (if possible), taking photographs before opening, and contacting us promptly.
